The Bonita Foundry is a mixed-use industrial campus in Bonita Springs, Florida, and Forager’s first ground-up development in the United States.
The project combines shallow-bay flex industrial, street-facing commercial and retail, and warehouse condominium product.
The thesis follows Forager’s operating experience at Mercantile Business Center: fast-growing Southwest Florida remains underserved in quality flex and light industrial space.
The project has secured key entitlements, received Project of Interest designation from the City of Bonita Springs, and is advancing through design, value engineering, leasing, and sales.
Construction is expected to commence following final capitalization and pre-construction coordination.
