Conor has 15 years of experience on the principal side of the commercial real estate business having worked with several notable developers, asset managers and private equity investors. Over the course of his career, he has had senior-level involvement in the origination, underwriting and asset management of several billion dollars of real property—including core, value-add and development projects—across all major property classes. He has cultivated extensive relationships across key facets of the industry including debt and equity capital markets, and brokerage. Conor holds a Bachelor’s degree from McGill University in Montreal, Quebec.
